My apologies for being cut off by blog talk radio they said they are so sorry the error happened and are working n it yet I lost my show time!  I hope this does not happen again or I may have to find another radio station to broadcast from!

There are literally thousands of investment clubs not only in the America however there are thousands around the world from Russia to Africa to Australia, Brazil, China and more we will cover many and add some contact information for you.

I will be addressing various situations for you such as how to find the right club, how to join, types of clubs and the kinds of opportunities available throughout the investment world.  In many of the

clubs there are what is referred to as closed clubs in the million dollar are in why?  Because they have allocated top dollar to the investments that they are involved in which could include rentals return on investments as well as commercial purchases!

The types of clubs varies depending on the course the club chooses to follow with some it is closed and others it is open, then there are educational clubs, plus small gains and personal investing on your own clubs where someone purchases anything from fixers to 5 star investments, in most cases the fixers are generally flippers!

You can have any type of investment club that you want depending on the nature of the club and the idea's the members include with the club, there are numerous avenues to approach as you will want things that other clubs may have the main scope should be to focus on one thing at a time and build from there.

Examples include bird dogging, group investments in fixers, owner builder programs, rental programs!  Remember if you cannot listen to our show at the scheduled time you have the opportunity to listen at your convenience 24/7 please pass it on as well!!!

STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN

This is an update for those of you interested in joining us starting this Monday, I will be discussing low cost investments in states like Nevada,  Texas, New Mexico, as well as starting your own real estate investment club!!!

I really enjoy talking real estate, and I am glad that you may join me on my talk show which will air on Monday August 10 2015 at 9 am starting will only be 30 minutes until I can get some sponsors and a good size audience.  What I write about on each post I will also talk about on my radio show in addition if there is a suggestion, idea or other topic you would like me to discus please use the comment section and I will feature that in the next available post. 

I will send out information on resales, new home purchasing, investing, being a bird dog, owner builder, financing, how to build a portfolio from scratch, insurance, taxes, modular homes, land, pre-fab, commercial and a host of other real estate related information you will want if you are in the market.

In addition the International market place is in many cases sizzling and there are numerous island nations that are hotter than ever, Central America is on the upswing as are many Latin American nations, Ecuador still has a lot of bargains throughout the nation.

In addition I will talk about starting or joining a real estate investment club, where to find them and how to join the best ones in your city.  I hope that you will share this with your family and friends so I can build my audience. 

Remember that you can become a Realtor in real estate and earn a good living especially if you think you have sales ability.  For those who are not sure then I would recommend that you join one of two companies that can help, Century 21 and Better Homes both offer training for new agents so you will have the training needed to be a good Realtor!!!

I oppose reverse mortgages as a fraudulent version of a loan which I will go int detail in a future issue of my newsletter and on air as well.   Remember that you can log into the radio website
